Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange by following the guidelines below.When you have your receipt or online packing slip, we will gladly refund your purchase if the merchandise is in new condition, including all the original packaging with accessories, and it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs for online returns will not be refunded.

Returning purchases made on

We’ll refund your order total, minus shipping and handling in a form consistent with your method of payment. If your purchase was made with a credit card, the refund amount will go back to the same card used to make the purchase. If you return an item(s) via mail that was purchased online and was a gift, credit will be given through the original payment method only. Purchases that cannot be verified may not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our standards and guidelines.

How to Return Online Purchases via Mail

  1. Please email for a Return Authorization Number and mailing address.
  2. Ensure the item(s) and all accessories being returned are securely packed in a sturdy box to prevent damage in shipping.
  3. Ship and use a trackable delivery service (such as UPS or FedEx or the US Post Office). The responsibility to pay for the shipment is yours – we do not pay for return shipping costs nor do we do not refund shipping and handling.

Returns of promotional items:

Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of any free gifts received or discounts applied. Other restrictions may apply.


We do our best to secure our products in shipping, but items can sometimes shift during shipping. Please email us at to review the damaged item. You must contact us with 10 days of your purchase in order to receive a replacement item for any damaged products. We will exchange the damaged item if available or issue a refund in our sole discretion.
