Returning purchases made on Pumpkinheads.com
We’ll refund your order total, minus shipping and handling in a form consistent with your method of payment. If your purchase was made with a credit card, the refund amount will go back to the same card used to make the purchase. If you return an item(s) via mail that was purchased online and was a gift, credit will be given through the original payment method only. Purchases that cannot be verified may not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our standards and guidelines.
How to Return Online Purchases via Mail
- Please email pumpkinheads@pumpkinheads.com for a Return Authorization Number and mailing address.
- Ensure the item(s) and all accessories being returned are securely packed in a sturdy box to prevent damage in shipping.
- Ship and use a trackable delivery service (such as UPS or FedEx or the US Post Office). The responsibility to pay for the shipment is yours – we do not pay for return shipping costs nor do we do not refund shipping and handling.
Returns of promotional items:
Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of any free gifts received or discounts applied. Other restrictions may apply.
Exchanges:
We do our best to secure our products in shipping, but items can sometimes shift during shipping. Please email us at pumpkinheads@pumpkinheads.com to review the damaged item. You must contact us with 10 days of your purchase in order to receive a replacement item for any damaged products. We will exchange the damaged item if available or issue a refund in our sole discretion.
